This is the final itinerary for the Patriot Guard Riders Mission to Honor HARRY JACKSON "C. J." MALLETTE (59) FORMER ETPGR RIDE CAPTAIN SUNDAY DECEMBER 3, 2017 Born: JUNE 2, 1958 Died: NOVEMBER 10, 2017 His family has requested that the PGR be present at his services. The Mission is a 'go' and all contacts have been made. HARRY JACKSON "C. J." MALLETTE WAS BORN 2 JUNE 1958 IN ALPENA, MICHIGAN. HE PASSED FROM THIS LIFE ON 10 NOVEMBER 2017 AT THE AGE OF 59. HE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HIS PARENTS AND TWO BROTHERS. HE IS SURVIVED BY HIS WIFE, GAYLA MALLETTE, TWO SONS AND THREE STEPCHILDREN. C.J. WAS A PATRIOT GUARD RIDE CAPTAIN MANY YEARS, AFTER BECOMING ILL HE CONTINUED TO WORK POSTING MISSION ITINERARIES AND MISSION REPORTS. FOR THE ONES THAT DIDN'T KNOW C.J. HE HAS A BROTHER THAT IS MIA. HE AND HIS PILOT LEFT UDRON AIR BASE, THAILAND IN A RF-4C PHANTOM JET ON 17 JANUARY 1967 ON A PHOTO RECONNAISSANCE MISSION 18 MILES SOUTHWEST OF HANOI NORTH VIETNAM. THE AIRCRAFT DISAPPEARED FROM RADAR. IT HAS BEEN MISSING 50 YEARS NOW. C.J. LOVED MOTORCYCLES AND WORKING ON THEM, HE ALSO DROVE A TRUCK FOR TYLER PIPE AND US RENTAL. Services: 2:00 PM, DECEMBER 3, 2017, at SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH. 1904 OLD TYLER HIGHWAY MINEOLA, TX 75773 MEMORIAL SERVICE WILL BE HELD AT CHURCH. Staging: MINEOLA SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH from 12:15 to 12:45 with a riders meeting at 12:45 PM. FLAG LINE ONLY All new members are requested to sign a PGR Release of Liability prior to Flag Line. Please remain flexible as to the requirements of the mission (SEMPER GUMBY).
