This is the final itinerary for the Patriot Guard Riders Mission to Honor ET 2 DEREK DAMONE MITCHUM (34) US NAVY (ADD) JANUARY 3, 2018 WEDNESDAY Born: February 19, 1983 Died: December 2017 His family has requested that the PGR be present at his services. The Mission is a 'go' and all contacts have been made. Information (BIO) about Derek Mitchum is not available. (Families Request) Services: 2:00 PM, January 3, 2018 at First Christian Church. 4202 S. Broadway, Tyler, Texas. Staging: First Christian Church, 4202 S. Broadway, Tyler, Texas from 12:00 to 12:30 PM with a riders meeting at 12:30 PM. FLAG LINE ONLY ET 2 Derek Mitchum will be buried at DFW National Cemetery Thursday, January 4, 2018 at 12:30 PM. North Texas PGR will be present. All new members are requested to sign a PGR Release of Liability prior to Flag Line. Please remain flexible as to the requirements of the mission (SEMPER GUMBY).
