Short Bio: John Owens Hall served 30 years (Oct. 1956 to June 1987) in the United States Navy, retiring at the rank of Captain.
During his career he earned the following:
National Defense Service Medal, Air Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Defense Meritorius Service Medal.
